Hello everybody..... Yesterday while stopping at the local Farmers market, I saw a box for a RWS Diana model 48, (it turned out to be a brand new unopened box with a model 54 Air King inside) Long story short, the guy sold me the brand new 54 for only $ 250!!!. On top of that, He said that He picked up that rifle, along with three others at an Estate sale.....the other unfired one was a BSA break barrel, that was also new, but not one of the upper line models. The other one was a Webley of some type, that had what appeared to be a spring loaded "pop-up" loading chamber, that you would push down..... He said the Webley originally went for about $ 800 new, but He'd probably let that go for $ 250 if I was interested. I had no idea what model that was, and I wanted to get outta the store before He realized He sold me a RWS 54 that He thought was a model 48. Anyway, anybody know what model the Webley may have been? I'm guessing this estate sale was probably from about 1990 or so, because my riflle has a RWS card inside with an 100 year anniversary pamphlet inside (1890-1990). I went back yesterday to the shop...... turns out that it's a Beeman/webley Eclipse in .25 caliber. Only for the novelty I'd get one! I'm tempted to go back and offer $ 450 for both of em'....I think He'd take it. i think He wanted $250 each, but I'd bet He'd go for $ 450. Since they're both unfired brand new, it's probably an good investment.
