What do some of your Diana 34's like to eat? They like to fit loosely in the barrel, so be careful when closing the barrel that the pellet doesn't fall out. I have had this happen before, but I caught the mistake before a dry fire could occur. If you're lucky the scope bell will catch it. Just don't stick your fingers in there to grab it. I went with two of the suggested types of ammo on their site. I got a tin of RWS superpoints and some super H-points. I adjusted the sites a bit since it was shooting a bit high for the range I was using it at. I was making good shots at different targets so I decided to set up a bottle cap at 25-30 feet away. Using the iron sights I made this shot on the first attempt. I am generally a good shot, but it's a testament to this rifles accuracy. I can't make the shot if the rifle can't. I'm very impressed. Tried Gamo (Master Point, Magnum, and Hunter) but didn't shoot accurately with those. Looking forward to trying RWS SuperDomes once a good deal on them is uncovered. Don't know about you but I've found my 34 a bit too heavy (cocking and overall) for my liking. Have been using sandbags on my indoor range to lessen fatigue. Still no regrets.
