Ok, I started the other thread on family (namely youth) target/plinking. Well, now I'm a bit too excited by what I've been reading and just might consider ordering something a bit "less youthful" than the Gamo Raven or Gamo Delta.
A quick scan of Pyramyd's Field Target Air Rifles shows the Gamo CFX and the Gamo Shadow Sport in my price range. The CFX seems to get quite a bit of on-line press, but that doesn't mean its good. Thoughts?
Any other suggestions? |

The CFX is allright- it's just the usually crappy trigger, but you can get an upgrade from BigEd's Custom Machining: http://www.bigedmachining.com/
he doesn't seem to have it listed, but he does have them, or you can go to Airguns of Arizona for one: http://www.airgunsofarizona.com/ -look under Custom Triggers, GTX |

Do you have a reference/source for this? I had not heard of this until now. |

Love the GRT III trigger, what an unbelievable difference. |
