If you are plinking you would like accuracy MUCH more than power. Power is no good if you can't hit what you are aiming for. Most airgunners go through this same stage. I did, and now I am looking for an almost-competition quality gun. Thats why im thinking of getting a daisy powerline 008 heard many reviews. I want a gun for power too, not like a hunting one liek the single shot ones. I also looked at the Crossman T4, wondering if the Crossman T4 is better than the Daisy Powerline 008. Prototype #1 is done... Check out the adapter for the colapsable stock... I started production today for the 22xx's and 13xx's... Another backpacking option... I got a little 2240 to proto parts on and to play with... it's fun to shoot the little shorty... But... it will get a longer barrel, Steel breech, sling and a brake of course... Surprisingly the little Daisy 008 shoots harder than you'd think. I've got it, the Crosman revolver etc. and the Daisy shoots harder and faster than most any repeater (budget) I've got. I can't affors the Rohm and a the higher priced pistols ao, can't comment on them.
