In the 2nd video the cannon was shot with 400 grains of FFFg powder, and it kicked back about 10 ft. The cannon weights about 14 bl.s . Very powerful with this charge guys., but it was ok. I hope the guy lighting the cannon went and stood behind a lexan sheild or something. You can get killed up really easy with accidents when you mess around with explosives. I heard about a guy recently who made a "sparkler bomb" and it accidentally detonated on his porch and killed him. We stud behind a car and the camera was on a log filming away. . One is maybe a 1/25 scale and the other one is maybe a 1/16 scale. So one is 25 times smaller than the real one, and the other is 16 times smaller. Or if the guage is right, put a dozen, nickels or dimes in there instead. Then put a bunch of objects about 20 feet in front of it and let her rip. I'm glad to hear that you hid behind something when firing it.
