| im trying to find a .22 cal springer that shoots lead pellets between 850-950 fps for around 100$ i dont need to have a scope or anything (as long as it has open sights) thanks |

| I don't think you're going to find one in your price range. Those speeds are for the most powerful .22 springers costing much more. Good luck, though. |

That's about as powerful as you can get in a Springer.... they are about 800-840 fps in .22 cal with 14.3 gr pellets.... They run from $300 - $600 however....
There is a chinese clone, the B-28 which is about $200.... I understand they are quite similar in performance....

for some big $$$ you can go beeman kodiak/webley patriot.
they kiss 30 fpe.
huge guns, huge recoil. i'll never want one personally
if you want cheap buy a tech force 89. i have one.
795 fps/14.3-20fpe. crappy trigger. fairly accurate
decent open sights. 4 feet long.

the contender series all have the same powerplant i believe.
for a clone i would get a b-28 over a tech 89.
i've had good luck with clones. |

| i have a new version walther falcon hunter w/ quattro triiger and sas recoil system. i have tuned it, filled the hollw stock. it shoots cphp's out at 950 fps. the meatal adjustable trigger really helps. $200 gun only. ranedouglas@yahoo.com . - paul. |
