Hi all, first post here. I made an account because I couldn't find any disassembly instructions for the phase 1, and I thought I would ask here.
I recently got a 766 phase 1 in great shape for free, but the only problem is that it doesn't hold air. When it's pumped, you can hear air escaping from the receiver somewhere. So I opened it up after ordering some new seals for the valve (they might not be the only ones that need to be replaced, but I figured it's somewhere to start). I can't for the life of me figure out how to get to the valve. It's basically the barrel, the breech and bolt, and the pump tube right now. If I try to remove these parts any harder I think I'd either bend or break something, nothing has seemed to work. I can see a screw behind the barrel that holds down the breech, but I can't see any way of getting to it.
I'm new when it comes to pellet guns, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd be really happy to get this thing working again! |

Valve must be pushed out of the tube- i.e. with a wood dowel or plastic rod. |

There is a set screw in the top of the barrel support block. Loosening that allows the barrel to be removed, then you have clear access to the screw. |
