Anyone know Robw? Said he sent me a box of crosman premeires. They never showed up. On the 7th he said he would send me back my money. Haven't received it. He was on here the 17th , but didn't reply to my private message. Anyone else dealt with him before.

I never received the pellets and informed you that I didn't. You stated that you would send me my money on the 7th and I haven't received it either. I don't know where or how you sent it, especially since I asked you how you sent it and you never replied, but the fact is I never received them. If you thought I received them, why would you state in a Pm that you would send me my money back? Send either the pellets or my money, up to you.

Now Mr. Woodson, Robw on here, sent me a PM saying nothing more than "Done and Done". Claims the pellets were sent and received, but won't post a tracking number of any other proof that he put them in the mail. If he actually put them in the mail, why won't he post any proof? Ball is in your court now. I welcome you to clear this up.

This is what Robw PM'ed me last night.
$15 more and that is it. I should of known better than to try and sell something
here. Nothing but felons that can not have firearms here trying to make a
buck. I got burned a few years back selling a high end rifle.

He still claims that he sent the pellets and my money back. Now he's calling me a felon. Actually he's calling everyone on here a felon. Just want what I paid for or my money back.

I believe any shipments other than through regular mail should be trackable, and any payment matters easily proved- i.e. a PayPal statement, money order receipt, etc.

At this point, it would seem fairly straightforward for the person who should have done any shipping or refunding to be able to establish -something- was done.

While the "forum" cannot do anything to resolve transactions between private parties, feedback on such transactions can be left online for all to see in future. If a pattern of negative conduct is observed, then it would be in the best interest of the overall forum to remove such a member- but we do not have such a pattern at this point.

This transaction started back at the beginning of February. Payment was received on the 20th of February and when I commented that I hadn't received them on the 7 of March he told me he would send me my money back. Now he accuses me of both having received the pellets and the refund. I haven't received anything but insults. I asked how he shipped the pellets but got no reply. I totally agree that a tracking number should have been forwarded, but he has sent nothing.

The fact that he edited (deleted) the reply he had in this post tells me I should stay away from any transactions with him.

How much $$ are you talking about? If not a sizable amount might just have to chalk it up as a learning experience and warn others.

If you paid with Paypal and/or a credit card I would dispute the transaction.
If with a postal money order I would respond to the Post Office and see if they can help you

It was a very small amount. Paid with a money order. I know everyone hears "its not the amount, its the principal" but the truth is I can't afford to just throw money away. My disco loves the Crossman premieres that's why I bought them. Or should I say that's why I sent him the money. What really ticks me off is that he said delivered and received like he had a tracking number, but wouldn't give it. Then accuses me of taking the pellets and the refund, both of which have never arrived.

He had them posted on this sight on the For Sale forum. He had a box of crosman premiers and some RWS pellets. Both of which he edited as saying they were stolen.

Correction, he had a tin of Beeman ramjets. At least that's what the post has. His two posts are four or five below this one.

After the last response I got from him I figured I would end up not getting anything, but I at least wanted to let everyone else know what was going on. I already informed the guy that I would be contacting his local police department and let them know what was going on. I also told him I was going to let some of the other air gun forums know what he was doing. Of course he will just change his handle on different forums, but it will still be the same real name and mailing address, maybe.

None of my business ut since I'm a member here and absolutely love
the information I get from others here I will say:
I resent being called a felon because I own airguns. cheesh!
It concerns me when a person won't foolow thru on a deal.
I regard deals made on sites like this as good has having given my word.
My word (reputation) means everything to me as it should to everyone.
Had I been him and even thought you got the pels but was trying to rip me off for the bucks I'd have sent the bucks, taking your word that you didn't get the product.
I mean, how much money could we be talking about?????
My word means more than any amount of money.
I bought an expesnive Rem. 700 BDL from an auction site.
Pics of the advertised rifle/scope had been altered to hide nasty wood & scope damage.
I posted "bad feedback" on the site which hurt the seller who owned a gun shop. He offered me $25 bucks to cover the $350 I spent on repairs and a new glass then I posted that on the feedback site also!
To bad you can't do that here.
However bringing it to light helps me out.
