$100.00 limits the choices on things a bit.

The Titan XS is a "big box" unit (made only for sale in places like WalMart, Dick's and such)- same basic platform as the standard NP rifles (i.e. Benjamin NPS, Trail NP, etc.), but a bit lesser in respect to overall quality of the stock and a lower-powered scope (3-9x32 vs. 3-9x40 on most of the others)- but same basic mechanics otherwise.

I have had a .22 Titan GP for about 5 years, and I love it. Had some issues with the original scope and mounts, but nothing besides that. over 100 confirmed kills to date, and astoundingly accurate when you feed it the right pellets.

How is the range in .22 cal? I have only ever shot 1 .22 cal air rifle and it was the gamo shadow express, wich in my opinion sucked. And ever since i have not owened a .22 cal, but was considering getting a titan in .22

I've taken doves out of a nearby treetop at 60 yards! I've got a .177, and at that far, the groups are like 6 inches wide. I've never sat down and shot paper at that range, but I do have 5 doves and less than 5 misses in that amount of time

It is true that you've gotta play the Chinese quality control a little, but I got lucky with my first gun. It's a solid machine

Okay. Didnt know because i just ordered a benjamin titan .22 refurbished from crosman. I wouldve gotten a new one but it wouldve required me to wait longer to get a new rifle. I have a spring g1 extreme 177, wich is a great gun but is starting to lack power for my purposes. But i have taken a goose, raccoon, about 200 squirrels and chipmunks, and a groundhog with my g1

The trajectory is more dramatic than .177, but in my opinion, easy to learn and consistent
