Fiddled with air guns since Red Ryder, then Sheridan. Nice .20 cal Beeman R7 has helped attitude adjustment amongst the back yard set. Shoulder damage discourages use of my wonderful, but heavy, .177 Diana 48. For target pistol I use a Gamo Compact .177, do have a CO2 Benjamin-Sheridan .22 pistol. C-c-cold Michigan basement range not ideal for CO2.
This year .22 rimfire shortages encouraged me to enter the PCP world. First with a Benjamin Discovery .22 to get the hang of it, next a Daystate Huntsman Classic XL, .177. Still trying to learn hoses, tanks, magazines, pressure gage &c. Can't comment on how accurate they are, as both are far beyond me right now. Air Guns = Basement ranges, which are great - slowly re-learning how to shoot accurately. |
