Not possible to get that kind of power from a springer and make it weight 7 pounds, or sell 200 9mm pellets for less than $5 for that matter. And a cocking force of 20 pounds on a 12" barrel with that kind of power. It would have to be a ratcheting multi stroke or have a separate cocking crank like a medieval crossbow weighing quite a lot, as would the powerplant. Probably a bullpup design because of the size of the compression tube. A recoiless opposing piston because of the recoil. And maybe even with some sort of compustible fuel injection to intentionally diesel--and be designed to handle that without wrecking itself. Is it technically possible to build a springer with that kind of power and caliber? I have to check the specs again, but this would be about as powerful as a .38 SPL +P. And too big and heavy to of any use.
