New to this forum.

Long time shooter of most all things that go bang as well as pump up (Benjamin) and single cock (Beeman) airguns. However I recently got a EdGun "Matador" and it is the first air rifle I've owned that requires it to be filled by external fill source. And as I don't read/speak Russian, I'm on a search for information on the care and feeding of it.

Any direction on where to start beside the "search" that gave me 3100+ replies.... would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Kasey

The Matador has a 3000psi fill pressure. You will need either a high-pressure hand pump or a 4500psi Carbon Fibre tank to fill it properly (and some way to pump up the 4500psi tank- i.e. a dive shop or paintball facility).

You then need to figure out what sort of fill setup is on the Matador- i.e. a push-in probe, a quick-disconnect of some sort, or -? You will then have to plumb your proposed filling device (tank or pump) with the correct connectors.

Thanks, followed your suggestion and have a parcel on the way with a 4500 tank and required fittings. Hope to be shooting by this weekend!

Wait, I have to put glass on it...
