Shish kebabs tonight:

With the Asian sweet pepper sauce my daughter got:

I would recommend Cock sauce on any kind of meat you might have:

Sorry, couldn't resist. Besides being tasty, it's a great starter for dinner time conversation. You couldn't make this stuff up.

You gotta be a reading addict if you'll settle for a quick fix by reading labels in restaurants. I do it too.

Do you also stay after the movie to read the credits and see if there might be somebody you know? Razz I always look for the Dutch names but then laugh my glasses off when the whole animation department is Korean. Mr. Green

There are only 4 people that I know that do this! Mr. Green 5 if I include myself, but I keep surprising myself sometimes so I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say I know myself. 'Tard

The first Muppet movie - sat through the credits, and after the credits Animal says, "Go home! Go home!" (A face shot of Animal on the big screen from the front row is pretty impressive.) Would have missed it had I left with everyone else.

Of course, sometimes I don't stay to read the credits. My personal best is six movies in one day. Not videos, and not a multiplex - six different movies in six different theaters. I had a schedule to keep.

I always get neck-pain in the front rows. But yeah, that's also one of my reasons.

Here you have to work an hour to see a movie. When you're 25. They don't do Cinema that well on this side of the pond. Neutral You can "steal" movies if you do it right.

A friend of mine used to have a buddy that worked the projector, so for one and a half year he could see any movie for free on the kind of screen it was intended for.

Same here. We always wait for the DVD release. The event I described was in Guatemala, 30 years ago. Movies were cheap, and especially so on Sundays. Of course, I'm not claiming to have chosen cinematic excellence for my record run. On that day I recall seeing Bud Spencer, Terence Hill, and Vicente Fernandez.

When I was in Kiev, I wanted to see a romantic comedy, just to see how it sounds in Ukrainian. Razz

Besides, what's wrong with Bud 'n Terry? Mr. Green They show them dubbed in german on the, well, german tv channels. Everything is funny with german dubs. Mr. Green

Absolutely nothing wrong with them. I'm just saying you don't turn to them for intellectual or spiritual fulfillment.

For them, this would have been a perfect reason to start a fight. With everyone. Razz
