There is still one problem and that is that I can pull through the safety with a little pressure and the gun will fire. I have bumped it hard and it will not fire but would like to have a fully functioning safety. The trigger has a nice short but crisp pull and break. Here is my group after the final adjustment at 20 yards, the barrel only has around 75 shots through it so far, pretty encouraging. Thanks again. Phil Edit: been re reading the instructions, seems I still need a little adj in stage one to get the safety working better. CDT also cautions that the safety can be over ridden with some pressure, right now it don't take much. I can get it so it does not fire on safe with a solid bump or two with my hand, doesn't fire, but can still be pulled through the safety and fires. I read on CDT website that some of the Titans need a mod to the strut where the fat pin sits when in the cocked position, this will give more sear/strut interface length.. It makes sense I think? Any other suggestions would appreciated. It's just not there in the adjustments now. For now, I am only shooting alone and in the woods, leave a pellet in the breech but only cock it when ready to shoot. Frustrating because the trigger is really amazingly smooth and crisp. But I would think that your right a little judicious filing on one of the parts should work. Sounds like the sear strut contacts the trigger body before you get enough slack.
