Hi everyone! Here are some photos of the SideLever Breech I designed and built for my 1377. It is based on the Air Arms S410 action. Never saw the actual gun but I liked how it operated so I tried to make one for my Crosman. This one was fairly easy as I did not have to provide for hammer cocking as it is an older Phase 2 model with manual cocking.
One thing I added was that the pellet probe is double ended for .177 and .22 cal pellets. With a barrel change I can shoot both calibers. It is adjustable for o-ring squeeze. All the parts except the Lever were made by me. An outside vendor made the Lever on a waterjet. The Barrel is clamped in with (3) screws. I don't use setscrews. The bore for the brass detail has been honed and is very smooth operating.

This may sound funny but the toughest part was locating the needed tooling to machine the parts. I had to modify the design based on what I could find to use. Specifically the reamers to machine the bores. I wanted to make the breech 180mm long but had to settle for 150mm as my reamer was only 175 long and I had to use 20mm in the endmill chuck.
It took me about a month worth of lunch breaks to make all the parts.

Wow that is sweet I love it man you do good work, you should see about a patent on that breech man bet a lot of people would buy one from you. If you ever sold one what would you ask for one to fit a 1322? Thanks buddy keep up the great work.
