An 88 CI 4500 psi tank has 88 x 310 / 1728 = 15.8 CF of air in it.... If you fill to 2800 psi and refill at, say, 1500 psi you would get about 9 fills from the tank in question.... And also make sure that your tank don't leak, that way you keep all the usable psi. You can get 5000-6000 psi Nitrogen tanks from welding suppliers.... but you MUST have a regulator and the proper high pressure valves and hoses for safety.... I priced a regulator here, and it was $500 with guages.... Then the tank rental was $100 a year and fills were about $60....
