Hello everyone,
First off just wanted to say that this is a great site to fuel my new obsession.....killing cans in the basement! I am mostly just playing around with replica style bb guns right now but was looking to start doing some tinkering with them. I am wondering if you might be able to help me find some tubing to make longer barrels for a couple of my guns. They are smooth bore/thin-walled stuff used in inexpensive Crosman and Umarex pistols...think it is about 6.5mm OD or so. I have looked into automotive brakeline tubing but the bb fit seemed less than ideal (.180 versus .177)
Sooo, with all that said, anybody have any ideas?
Thanks for any help! |

Damn-you all the h#ll!!!
I have some stainless tubing I bought years ago when re-doing cars was my "thing" and it was such a pain in the a$$ to bend properly (intended to use it as fuel line) I threw it in a corner and forgot about it- until now. Don't remember what the ID was at this point- but I hadn't ever thought of a smooth/bigbore airgun to use it, until now... |
