OK here goes 1 click on scope is 1/4 inch at 100 yds
100 yds = 300 ft shooting 22.5 ft scope is 1/2 inch high therefore divide 300feet by 22.5feet and get 13.33 sections
take the sections and multiply by .5 inch and get 6.65 inches at 100 yds 4 clicks = 1 inch so 4 times 6.6 =26.4 clicks?
do i got it and if not what is the answer? |

You are correct. Here is a different way of calculating:
22.5 feet is 7.5% of 100 yards. 22.5/300=.075
1/4 inch * .075 = 0.01875 inches per click at 22.5 feet
.5 inches / .01875 inches per click= 26.6 clicks |
