| So far for me, it's 19 starlings. All in one afternoon. I just sat on my deck with my 2400 and shot them when they kept getting into my dogfood. You would think they would learn after the first 3 or 4. They would just walk around the dead bodies and munch some more dog food. I would clean up the bodies about 4 at a time and they would come back. Stupid birds. |

I have 8 Sparrows, and 4 Chipmunks so far. The Chipmunks have been ripping up my entire lawn. At one point they were so bad, i saw a few ripping up the cushions on my patio furniture! I guess they were getting it for their own Home!
All of my kills have gone to the Wild Cats i have in the Woods in my yard. Who knew 6 acres could hold so many Cats!! |

With all those cats you likely won't have much mice and rats around though. They kill loud obnoxious birds that are illegal for us to kill too like blue jays which is a big plus to me, but they also carry fleas and ticks which I hate having in my yard too.
August is always a month that slows way down for me in kills. May June and July are always high kill months for me where the kills really spike up in numbers. So far this month I only have two confirmed kills but I have reduced the populations around here to almost non existent here currently too which is a good thing. |

Yeah, the Ticks are kind of bad in my Yard. My Dog is always tracking them into the house! But I'm starting to think there are to many Cats now. I would say about 10-15. They have been Breeding for 4 years!
Even worse, they are always in MY Lawn looking for food. I cant kill Sparrows that fast! |

| I have a Great Pyrenees, a black lab, and a St. Bernard. I don't have too much of a cat problem. I do find the occasional patch of fur from the leftovers. lol |

My dogs think anything smaller than a 40 lb raccoon is a play toy. My Great Pyrenees thinks squirrels are squeaky toys. I've seen him take a baby raccoon, fling it up in the air, and catcht and swallow it in one gulp. I feel sorry for him though. He was too dumb to be house broken and I was never even able to teach him to sit. He is loveable though. My St. Bernard is as sharp as a razor though. She knows everything. She can even open the back door and let herself out. I love my dogs though. They are a lot better company than a lot of people I know. My wife just says I don't like people. That's not true. I just don't like stupid people. lol I get along with all you guys and gals. |

Haha. My buddy has a St. Bernard and i think they are all just really smart. His dog was in like Competitions and stuff. A little overboard if you ask me.
Although I'm only 14, I hate people as well. (Besides you guys of course) All they do is nag. Nag,Nag,Nag,Nag,Nag. |

I don't kill stray cats but I sure like to watch them jump in the air and run away when I tag them in the rear. I've only killed one stray because he attacked my cat in my yard and gave it jaundice which almost killed him later on. That cat did that a few times despite my cat winning every time but he dang sure ain't around here trying to take over my yard anymore because I broke that habit.
I've always liked big dogs too(200lbs+). My Newfoundland chased and sat on a rabbit once but he let it get away. He liked diving to the bottom of the pool and getting crawdads and turtles. He'd walk them out of the pool then crunch them up. He'd jump up on the fence and get lizards then eat them too.
My Mastiff chased guinea hens out of my yard a couple of times but he never got a chance at one. He never chased squirrels and I always wished he would have tried to and kill some of them. He liked cats so he wouldn't chase strays away like I wanted either and he was way too big for them to want to visit with him so they'd hiss and run away from him whenever he approached them.
I'm the same way with people. Too many stupid and aggravating ones nowadays. I prefer to have peace and sanity by staying away from most of them whenever possible. The world population is going insane. |

| I have another 6 starlings on my tally. I went out to my farm and killed another dozen rats near the grain silo. It's always nasty with rats there. I can't wait till I get enough money together to build my house. I will be able to walk out on the back deck, have a seat, and shoot all day. My dogs are doing a good job keeping the cats and squirrels out of the yard. |

| 4 more for me! It's turning out to be a bumper crop this year. Starlings are trying to run out the robins and cardinals around me. |

I have a lot of robins and cardinals in my yard. I enjoy watching the robins run all over my yard eating insects. That's less of them to get in my house that way. The mocking birds are funny to hear and watch as they chase bugs and do their wing displays.
I got another squirrel the other day so that's 3 confirmed kills for me this month. |
