between 5 of my own kids + all the teens (now young adults) from church that call me DaddyJoe... I bet there would be at least $20 in postage "IF" they all sent me cards...

But due to e-mail, text, Twitter and FB... none of them spent a dime on me this year...

Cheep skates... Wink

jeez- wish I got off that easy. Wife and daughter come back this afternoon from a group camping trip, I'm in town working- I get a call and start getting yelled at because I didn't mow the lawn...

In any event, happy Father's Day to all the Dad's out there!

Spent today helping my Father-In-Law getting his Born Free pickup camper going after sitting for 4 years. 90 year anniversary in Iowa this week he plans to attend. My daughter and wife did make me an angel food cake, Yum. I did get to spend some time target shooting. Did pretty good too.

I had a good father's day. My wife took all of the kids to the beach and let me take a nap. I didn't get to shoot yesterday, but that was my own fault. I just didn't want to go out into the heat. I went to the beach with my wife last night but the sand was hard to walk in so I ended up with a cramp in my back. No big though, I just went to the van and it eased up. I keep getting them lately though. But I had a real good day yesterday. My wife bout me a hat that says " ask me about my soldier" and I already had somebody ask me. All in all it was a very good day. Very Happy

Bob,

I got the same ratio from my "real" kids..

Many more from the other ones!

Me and the grand kid hung out after going to the shooting range...

I ended up giving my daughter a pass on dinner so she could go hang out with her friends...

I'm such a push over.... Mr. Green

Well guys, guess I missed the heading yesterday.

So, A belated, 'Happy Father's Day'!

Glad most all of you had an enjoyable day.

Mine was Ok too, I did just a little shooting in the morning after adjusting the trigger by turning the adjusting screw all the way in which sure seems to help as there is a about 1/8" of lite travel and then about a 1/16" of harder pul till it discharges
.
Much better feeling and I was able to hit my target even free standing at about 100' so I was pretty elated. Especially as I couldn't hold dead still on the target.

Then shortly after that the wind picked up and I had gusts all day long at about 25 mph so it made doing any target practice unfeasable especially when I'm not real sure how well I've got the scope sighted as I not yet been able to get any real consistency in my shots.

Hit your intended POI.
