all this pumping on my 1377 in the 15 min time period for target shooting makes it hard for me to hold still while shooting .
So i'm thinking of getting a crosman challenger for indoor target shooting.
anyone on here have one? do you like it? any other opinions? |

For 10m target shooting you only need 400-450 fps, but not being familiar with a 1377 how many pumps do you need to reach that?

not sure my paintball crono. doesn't work on my pellet guns very well. have gun sited in at 6 pumps at that range. i start off doing good then at the end it gets worse..lol
i practise on the targets just like the the rules are. so after a few targerts it is realy bad.... |

One of the local clubs set up a bulk club feed using Co2 for indoor matches... this way everyone is equal & consistant on pressure...
They are shooting Crosman 2300's that are set up for Co2 bulk fill... |

Depending on the bulk set up... you can use air... but if you want consistancy it must be regulated...
When I varmint hunt from the bench... I set up a bulk feed from my SCUBA tank with a small regulated tank inline... Consistant shots all day long a allot of one shot one kill take downs...
for indoor I sugest a 850psi regulator... Outdoor... and long range 1500-1800 psi for max range and power...
This is all based on a Crosman 22xx air gun that is properly converted to HPA. |
