| So , i just scored a Crosman 1077 , nice and light for my son to use . Trouble !!! when you insert the magazine into the underside of the rifle , sometimes you can not squeeze the trigger , it feels like something blocking it . When you can squeeze the trigger , the magazine does not seem to index very well . One time I had 3 pellets jam up in the barrel ,anyone have any ideas other than breaking it over a tree stump ??? |

| On the 1077, the trigger also pulls the lever on the magazine cartridge to rotate the pellet clip- if something is gummed up in the magazine, or the trigger or rod in the magazine (part numbers 1077-033 and 1077-003, respectively) are worn, this might occur. You also need to be sure the cartridge is inserted fully (which sometimes means smacking it in a bit). |

The person i got the gun from says it only saw 1 12g CO2 cylinder in its life time . I know when i first tried to fire it , of course no pressure so i had to change out the cylinder for a new one . The old one was rusted in place !!! I tend to believe the guy so i don't think abuse or age ios the issue here . |
