|
I found two I like but dont know what one would be better
Remington Nitro Piston and Benjamin Trail Nitro both in .22 looking to do small game hunting so forth I did not want to spend more then $330.00 can any one hear help me or even tell me if im looking in the wrong place . |

| I don't think there's any significant difference in the two..other than one's chinese the other isn't. You can go to PyramydAIr and put both those guns in a "COMPARISON CHART" on-screen, and have a very good close look at them. |

The only thing about either of those rifles is that both require somewhat of a special technique to hold, being "piston" rifles (even if they aren't spring piston rifles). It's not particularly difficult, but its just another factor when it comes to hitting your target.
The Benjamin Discovery w/ Pump is something to check out. I'm sure you're not crazy about having to pump the rifle up before every session, but once it's full you have probably more power than any spring rifle, with absolutely no recoil, so no special hold or technique. You don't have to worry about a special scope for recoil, there are tons of aftermarket parts (including repeating breechs) and it comes with a pump that can fill other even more elaborate rifles down the road. Super value.
