Anyone own one of these? I see two versions, one an airsoft and one a steel shot.

Purchased one on the 1st of the month. I've had the KWC airsoft model that's now distributed by Cybergun, and they're exactly the same. Besides caliber the only major difference being the airsoft model is select-fire.

I've seen where it was listed at 4.5 pounds and then at nearly 10. WHich is it? Is the steel shot any good? Thanks.

It's right around 4.5lbs, and I haven't shot the Mini-Uzi yet so I can't say.

Thanks. I'm trying to decide on whether to buy one or not.

There's also the Umarex H&K MP5-K PDW for $40 less. Appearently it's made by RWS as most things Umarex imports are.

Uh, isn't Umarex the factory and isn't it imported by RWS?

Nope, RWS is a Manufacturer and Umarex is a Distributor/Importer. Alot of their high priced guns are made by RWS. Just like my Mini-Uzi has Cybergun on the box but the Mini Uzi itself is made by KWC in Taiwan. The airsoft population isn't fond of Cybergun or Umarex since these Companies hold the Licensing Rights to several Firearm Manufacturers.

They don't have their own site so it seems. Umarex has it's own Wiki-page:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umarex

They also have some factories, at least one in Germany where they make some decent quality stuff.

Weird how mixed up that stuff can get... @_@

Lysdectic? Mr. Green Meh, I got it with numbers, which is even worse. It takes me way over 30 seconds to solve stuff like 2 + 4 + 13.
