It took me about ten times quitting to finally shake the habit. Smoke free for 15 years now.
In 2000 I was diagnosed with malignant throat cancer, written off with no more than five years. It's been ten years and I'm still here. Since then I've been there for family marriages, births and graduations, plus release of a book. |

i had my "last" one today again around 2 pm. 
i've put $60 into my savings account in the last week.  |

I'm not even hacking anymore 
God willing.. by Christmas time... you won't have to be drunk to stand me singing Christmas Carols...
Tossed all the ash trays last week... cleaned out the van and put the Ionic breeze in there all closed up for a few days... No Smoking in my van is the rule now... I'm hoping to replace my van this year so I don't have to smell what's left over...
Hell... I'm 42.. time for something more sporty than a mini van... like a 4x4 Chevy truck extra cab! Whooot! Room for hoes, bros, guns and a sh!t load of camping gear!!! |
