9) Scoring is as marked on target. Only two hit’s per target counts. Maximum point count is 220.
10) Entries need to be scanned or photographed and posted. Please list gun, pellet, sighting device and total time expended.
11) You can enter using both a pistol and a rifle as separate entries, only one entry for each, but all rules must be followed.
12) Score your own target. Winner and Runner-Up will be verified by board officials.
13) An honourable contest for sport- to lie or cheat, is the only real loser. Please keep it above-board!
14) Each competition runs from Monday to Sunday. Your entry must be posted in the forum no later than 23:00 GMT Sunday.
15) These rules are for this week's shooting competition and may change for others
Please make sure that the blue border is visible on your entry, plus the green dot is 12mm diameter on A4 paper.

gun: Edge 4-16x50 Leapers
Pellet: Gamo Match Wad .177
Dist/Pos: 10m / Standing
Score 173 / 220
Time 11 Min.
The newest toy in the closet. Still getting used to how light it is but it SOOOOO consistent - 110 shots within a few FPS+/- of 495. The holes poked through where I was pointing the gun, no question of that. I need more time with the light ones.
Edited to add the scan of the correct target, also properly identified the scope (although I was still shooting at around 10x) |

Yikes, be right back with the correct target unless you want to see my results from a different forums' match |

Oh, It shot great, I need A LOT of practice with it though. It's very light compared to the other rifles I usually force into 10m service. Target was worse than average, even for me... it'll be up tonight. I just haven't been down to the 'range' since realizing I brought the wrong target up last night. |

Pistol: Baikal IZH-46M / Open sights
Pellet: RWS R10
5m / Standing / 2 hand
Score: 193/220
Time: 9:30

Thought I might have missed the competition this week because I've been real busy with a remodeling project, but saw that it runs through Sunday. Finally got a chance to shoot for a little bit last night. Thought I was doing pretty good until I missed. :-) Still a lot of fun though. I liked this target, but wimped out and tried to shoot a little low. 9 is better than 0.

Rifle: Crosman Quest / Open sights
Pellet: RWS R10
10m Standing
Score: 141/220
Time: 11:15
Indoors
Finally got a chance to try out a rifle. Even though this target doesn't show it, this rifle is very accurate; especially considering the price. I like it better than my RWS 48 because it's so much lighter. The trigger is horrible compared to the Izzy. First I tried pulling slowly until it got close to the breaking point but I was wiggling all over the place. Half way through, I gave it a somewhat quick, deliberate pull and that worked a little better. Until I pulled a couple of shots that is. :-) Oh well, here's the target anyway. The faster speed sure makes clean holes...

Finally found time to shoot this week, although it looks like I shot it with a scatter gun.
It's not the gun just me first thing in the morning after a Saturday night out.
