Starting Day #3 to becoming a "Ex-Smoker" Whoooooot!!!!!!!!!!!!! I woke up today for the first time in many years, NOT Coughing! The thing is because you don't smoke you eat because food tastes better and you get fat. Now you know the pitfalls it plain sailing. It just sets you up to start again.It's the first one,that leads to buying the next pack.. I also threw out all lighters etc. True story....my buddy quit by taking a pickle jar,and leaving it quarter filled with juice..then dumping an ashtray filled with butts into it.Every time he wanted to smoke he unscrewed the lid,and took a whiff of the wonderful essence....
