Most people seem to like it from what I've seen, the only issue is that it seems to like to blow o-rings on the Co2 caplet seal every so often. Bonus is, the o-rings can usually be found without having to go to Beeman.

Uh! the P17 does not use Co2 it is a single-stroke pneumatic. I had one but I bought it from Cabelas bargain cave and found it had been left cocked but it had a problem holding air, often had very little power and was not very accurate. Instead of trying to fix it I just returned it. Reviews I have read say it is quite a good gun.

Pardon me, you are correct- wrong seal- apparently the seal on the pump goes funky periodically from what people have said...

I've had mine for a little over a year. Love the gun, its the go to every day gotta fire off 20 or 30 just to keep in trim gun Fired every day since I got it, o-ring went a couple months back, pennies to replace and shooting 800+ rounds per month again. Very accurate, easy to cock, no recoil, nice gun and cheap
cheers
