Just got it together today and ran 70 pellets through it..Air tube and everything associated with it is brand new Disco stuff.. Started out as a new 2260, I swapped barrel to a 24" .177 Crosman. Then put the entire action in an AR2078A stock (Archer Airguns)..LOT of wood chopping goin' on there, but I finally got it in there fitting nicely...I REALLLLLY like that style stock..Tomorrow I'll get a scope on it and see how accurate it shoots and do some chrony shooting as well...
Thanks AGAIN Bob, you're little tip on changing the trigger spring worked wonders on this gun, changed it and polished all contact surfaces with my Dremel...It is a NICE trigger and didn't cost me a cent (had a spring that was just right)
Have to dis=asssemble and stain some areas that got down to the bare wood...especially in the hole where gauge is mounted, but I just HAD to shoot it, ya know what I mean Vern?? |

| Thanks guys--yeah, I saw on the AA fos sale ads where a guy has done that mod and had the gun for sale..I decided to do the same thing, but converted my 2260 to a disco at the same time!! Damn wood sure is heavy though....really no need to post groups,,,it's the same old average disco accurracy....5 shot groups at 50 yards, can be covered with a US $0.05 nickel ......at 25 yards 5shots can be covered with a US $0.10 dime..Pretty much standard disco stuff.Mine is COMPLETELY stock disco, except I cut off 1 1/2 coils off hammer spring. |

Sure..just hadn't decide what to put on it.... I ended up putting a compact Leapers bug-buster (with AO) on it..only weighs like 10 ounces |
