As long as it could fit in my case I don't care how long it is...looks like I have about 3.5" to spare and fit in the case. Chopping the barrel is just too invasive for me at this point w/a brand-new rifle. A question: Are breaks rifled? It has nothing to do with the barrel, just makes it easier to cock.
