I don't much care for the string idea so after thinking and sleeping on it I had this idea of a silhouette target with 2 kill zones with different color disk like maybe a heart shot and a head shot. the kill zones would be connected so when you hit one it would flip the other zone visible and vice versa. The kill zones could be held in place with a magnet for each kill zone. I do not have a place to work or I would make a prototype myself. I mention this so if any one is a mind they can make one and see how it works out. Al I suppose that is true if you are thinking of making money from them but my thoughts were more in line to a simple alteration to existing targets for my own use. I have been trying to figure a way to test the idea and have been stuck on how with what I have drilling a big hole in one of the squirrel targets and welding the hing type piece to the squirrel when it hit me for testing I could bolt the hinge piece to the squirrel and place the second kill zone just above the head and fasten the magnets with JB Weld. That would only take using the tools and skills I have on hand. Do you think JB Weld would hold for enough shots to give a good test to the idea? I have never used JB Weld before but happen to have some.
