| I called Pyramid about the Colt Defender spitting out multiple BBs and they said to call Umarex. They said they had the same complaint from another customer a week earlier. Called Umarex and they had gotten no complaints but to send the gun to them and they'd fix it. That's where it stands. |

| Well, Saturday morning, Fed X pulled up with a brand new Colt Defender from Umarex. The invoice stated, where the total was: 100% customer satisfaction. I couldn't have said it better. |

Umarex USA has been known for their excellent customer service for awhile. I had a couple of small issues with products of theirs awhile back, but they took care of everything free of charge and I was 100% satisfied as well. I have been a loyal customer ever since.  |
