ok guys back the old favourite, i've chrono'd my .177 webley lite w8 and found that its only pushing 9.6ft lbs
is the any way i can get it turned up to somethink like 11 ish.
any help welcome  |

Can you build your own stuff? Maybe add a bit more tension to the hammer with a spring guide or something?
It may be a good idea to look for tune ups for other webley models, because those essentially look the same from inside. |

yeah had a quick go today added a tiny washer infront of the spring and now its 11.4 ft lbs so i'm happy with that, but the trigger seems to be a bit stiff now ??? |

i'll be honest with ya at 9.6 it was putting bunnys down at 35/40 so i might even take the washer out and leave it at it was as the trigger was nice and smooth,
i'd just like it around the legal area if you know what i mean.
to take the trigger mech out is it a good idea to empty the bottle or will it be ok, i emptied it last time but its full now. |

Yeah, but at least you guys are allowed to hunt with airguns. 
Over here we can have all the power we want but shooting living things is a definite nono, even if it's destroying your house. I'm doomed to destroy cans and bottlecaps. 
For instance, bats are protected but if they screw up your isolation you have to pay for breaking the wall open professionally by a special animal-control team, etc etc. @_@ I digress...

Hmmm, can you take the reservoir from the rifle? In that case I guess it wouldn't be a problem, else it's just not recommended. I don't know enough of these guns to really say go ahead.  |
