Just the mount bolts/screws dovetail mounts and scope rings or them AND the scope adjusters?

I don't think you would want to put thread locker on the scope adjustments themselves, only on the mounting bolts. While you can break the blue, your scope might not like it.

Put a very conservative drop... if even a drop.

I'd only do it on half of the bolts (if your mounts have 4 per ring, 8 total). Staggering it. I feel it is unnecessary, being I've never had a problem with a scope on a magnum springer, let alone a Diana 34. Not sure what you're mounting this scope on...

As I said before, if loc-tite or a similar product will help, be sure to use sparingly. NEVER use red loctite, this stuff only comes off with HEAT. Green might be a bit better if you have the time to try it out. Green is designed to be a "light" hold, blue "medium" and red "removal is not an option".

Mounting bolts only. And I second Fritz's assertion to use it sparingly - just enough to wet the threads.
