| Sounds good. Seems like a lot of people around this forum have rat "problems" that they solve w/airguns. Personally, I have 4 pet rats in our house...they are actually awesome pets, but can understand that a rat infestation needs dealt with. |

i play both sides. i've had pet rats.. very loyal and hand friendly.
i kill 'em in my yard/garage with EXTREME PREJUDICE!
ya' know, shop rags, garage rafters, nests, hanta virus everywhere
with enough droppings to make a mini lincoln log cabin.
come out at night when i'm fondling my .22 marauder.
see "hunting"threads. |

but the rats stay near the house and were tunneling under the concrete through the winter now its warming up they have built a network of tunnels around 20 yards from the house lol |

Rats are evil. I used to have a rat problem in my barn until I got my 2300 and my 2400. I am getting really good with snap shooting with my 2300.The rifle is good if I want to just sit down and mechanically separate their heads from bodies. lol
Now it's a couple of times a week killing the little bastards. I've got it under control in my feed bins too. My 2300 pistol is my favorite. I thought the scope was a bad idea after I bought it, but now that I've learned how to shoot it with both eyes open,I can really crack down on the starlings too.
My neighbor bought a storm and he is getting really accurate too. We sit in each other's barns and shoot the rats while we shoot the bull. lol
Welcome to the forum and post spme pics! |

My wife says kitchen windows are where the crazies hang out. lol I shoot out of my kitchen window in the town house all the time.In the farm house I've shot plenty of rats in the basement. |
