I heard on the radio last week, that most people in the Netherlands trust the government enough to give up privacy to prevent crimes or for better protection against crime.

I almost wish I was stupid enough to want that crap, because that's what we're getting here as well as there. If I was that stupid, at least I'd be happy about it.

People are, generally, such pussies these days, they seem to prefer no rights or privacy so they can feel "safe".

Who was it that said that cowards deserve neither freedom or rights?

I was watching a documentary last night about convicted female terrorists imprisoned in Israel. Frankly, I found it shocking. These women were already locked up, away from their (often) multiple children and families- and keep up with the "Allah is great" bit, have no problem stating they will strap a bomb to their asses the minute they may be released and go kill some more people, because all of this is "God's will" and if innocent people die, including pregnant women and such, this is all cool because it is also "God's will".

Basically, these jack-holes put all their own demented choices out as beyond their control ("God's will") and therefore they are responsible for nothing.

"Holy war"- won't ever end as long as they believe a Muslim anywhere is not in complete control of his/her own destiny, and anyone perceived as contributing to any Muslim 'problems' deserves to die- anyone involved in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, etc. etc.

These people are so completely ignorant and hostile, the only solution may be a bullet to their heads once convicted of terrorism. But- most people are still such pussies they want to sit around and sing "Kumbaya" and think everything will be A-Ok.

i've seen most of the faces of death series.
we have cameras on all major streets here.
my wife got a traffic ticket from one years ago,
fought back and won.

maybe one day the gubmint will have cameras in yer house to see

My personal opinion is to bring back public executions. firing squads, hangings, etc. Not just for terrorists, but for murderers, rapists and child molesters. THey are animals nothing more. So put them down like one.

In my opinion we should execute via firing squads anyone that takes a life or maims someone so as to end their quality of life. For 3rd time losers like thieves, rapists and child molesters we should put a disabled aircraft carrier to sea with a couple ships guarding it and just air drop supplies to it. This would separate them from us and give them the kind of people they want to be like around them. Once you are convicted twice there are no more legal rights for you no appeals, pardons or other recourse. Things like DWI should be on first convicted offense loss of all driving privileges forever, a year of wearing an electronic location collar that shows everyone that you are a criminal and be required to work for the state for no pay 40 hours a week for a year. After a year the collar can be removed and you can go on with your life as long as no one got hurt during your DWI but on second offense the collar becomes permanent as does the work. Oh! and lawyers should all be appointed and paid by the state so the rich can not get away with stuff just because they could afford a tricky lawyer.

Ben Franklin lived a long time ago. Keep it classe guys. Just shouting we should hang people sounds more like ranting then an actual solution. There is not a "final solution" to any of these "problems".
