Nice looking parts there!I bet your foaming at the mouth waiting. All parts are simple to install...just make sure that when you pull the grip frame from the tube that you have the safety off or the safety spring, and the detent ball will go flying. They are REALLY small parts, and are hard to find in the carpet!Best to get a magnetic tray for the small parts... Wink

Ya I found that out the hard way on the 2240. Lost the little ball but got spring. Saftey? Who needs it anyways... I'll tell you who! People who don't want to shoot!

Don't waste your time with that "poly mod" tube bit- it's a pain in the butt to get it set up properly and won't gain anything over the stock transfer port and o-ring. If (big 'if' here) you have a super-flowing valve and the poly tube is significantly larger (ID) than the stock transfer port, it can help- but you could more easily drill out the stock port/sleeve for this purpose as well.

Yeah it does seem like a potential pain in the a$$.I had considered it at one point, but it doesn't seem worth it.

I was thinking of making a new transfer port with a larger I.d. Out of brass tubing And use o rings if the stock one is too small to drill out. The valve port hole is the same diameter as the poly tube that came with it.
