"low profile"?
It would strike me that if the fitting where cut down- the female connector wouldn't have enough space to lock on. About the only place any material could be removed would be the land between the threads and the fitting- and there's not alot of material there in any event.
If such a thing exists- I'd like to see a picture. |

When (and IF) I find one I'll post a picture.....I need it to NOT protrude out past bottle diameter, so I can put it on/remove bottle with out having to remove the barrel...I could take off the existing fitting and shorten it, just thought if someone had a link to a website would be mo' better...don't need it for 3-4 more days, so maybe someone will see this that can help. |

AFAIK, the "low profile" male Foster by Ninja is about the lowest available.... I don't think it will clear the barrel.... and in any case, the gauge certainly won't....

Yourdaddyjoe seems to think it will work...I would like to have the option to remove bottle w/o messing with barrel...the gauge sticks out past bottle diameter by .125" .Anyway, if I find one OK, if not , it's not a biggie..just thought that since everything was apart would be perfect time to do it. There is a place that has them in stock...but ny computer will NOT let me open it?????? Yourdaddyjoe sent me the info "paintballer187"
My computer will probably die and I'll have to spend money for that instead of more AG stuff..it's just not fair |

Bottle to barrel clearance on a 22XX is about 0.030" - 0.060" depending on the brand of tank.... 0.125" won't allow it to rotate.... I see Ninja have a new "micro mini" gauge they say is "dime size".... I have no idea about that one....

Dime size..hell I need one big enough to be able to read it, otherwise why bother I'm gonna just forget about that idea. Seems like more trouble than it would be worth....just that since gun is completely apart, it would be good time to do it. |
