Seems we got elections in 4 months. I bet Neo-Hitler is gonna score high in this one. Say goodbye to happy Holland for a while.
What went wrong was that the 3 larger parties were squabbling about staying in Uruzgan, Afghanistan.
Obama had previously asked Balkenende, our prime-minister, to let our military forces stay, while (when it was decided to go there) we'd be getting out of there in 2010.
CDA (Christian Democratic Party, quite in the middle of everything. Mostly Bureaucratic, or central) CU (Christian Union of small Christian parties, in my opinion Christian Socialists, more left-wing-ish) and PVDA (Would be workers party (central-socialist)) only for the fact that it's full of people who owned large companies.
PVDA is against staying, CU is for staying within certain boundaries CDA wants to stay with full force. CU and CDA can at least agree on staying, but PVDA called it and pulled out of discussion, and so the parliament fell.
I'm quite afraid of what is gonna happen to Geert Wilders with his PVV, Freedom Party with one ideal: Ditching all Muslems, and sending them "back to where they came from". What we can expect is dat people like him are gonna get high scores in the elections:

It's no good. The parliament fell a couple of times the last 10 years, all under PM Balkenende, but the people still had him come back. It was a stupid decade. |

Don't you have anybody who supports freedom, to everyone, all around?
I really don't give one of Sniper's flying rats' asses what you do, as long as it doesn't infringe upon my rights. |

Our system is comparable to Canada.
Everybody supports freedom, the way they do it just differs because of their points of view. |
