After going through my parts bin I built a mini 2250 for my 8 year old son. It's basically a 2240 with a cut down shoulder stock and a forearm that I hand made. He loves it and now I don't have to help him pump up his 760.

I'd like to know what you all think about my work so far. I'm still keeping this a workhorse for my son until he can handle a springer.

Very nice layout and work. I'm not a fan of the proportions- it looks like a "midget gun"- but as it has a specific purpose, that's understandable. Good job.

Very smart todd, I do like the patterning on the stock it looks very much like carbon fiber.

Al Thumb Up!

Well he has went through 2 tins of pel;lets so far and he is getting really good with it. I promised to print outthis biweekly target and let him get his own try. The way he is shooting I think we are all in trouble! lol

Very nice! And as your son grows, it can easily reincarnate into something else.
