$20.50 delivered- that's pretty darn cheap!

There are a couple guys out there who make steel knock-down targets and you can get spinners for airguns from Birchwood-Casey (i.e. through just about any firearm store/vendor) as well.

I thought the price was really good...once I got them I KNEW it was good. I have welded up a 30' wide "swinger" target frame..just drive it in the ground..has 6 different size targets on it. have it set at 25 yards. I may just build 4 individual little "swinger" frames so I wouldn't have to keep re-setting these, plus would be easy to place them at different distances. I'll check out Birchwood-Casey, first time I've heard that name...thanks!

Birchwood Casey's best known products are gun cleaning chemicals and bluing agents- but they also sell different targets- i.e. the 'Shoot-N-C' splatter units and metal spinners, and a few other "accessory" type things.

As most gunshops carry their chemicals, they can also get the target shooting products as well.

Wow- great find!

I've been looking for something along those lines...

How do they react with AG's @ different velocities?
Will they fall to a 500 FPS pellet??

I like my spinners. I drilled holes in a patio block to set mine in, because I;m shooting in my basement. I can make the small one in the middle flip 4 times! I just make the big ones swing back and forth.

Pointy head....re-read my post...I built frames for each one and they are now "swingers" heck with all that gettin' up, walkin', bending over, etc, etc, etc. They are mad out of "305 M" ( I think that's what it's called) Anyway, I 'm shooting them with a 2250 HPA gun and a Talon SS..NOT even the slightest dent in any of them.(NO DAMAGE) course the paint takes a beatin' but it's $1.00 a can at the "dollar store"..

Packrat I have been looking at your picture and trying to figure out just what it is that you have done. I think I understand the concept of the target being a swinger meaning when it is hit it either falls over and then rights it's self or just wobbles. however for the life of me I can't imagine what you did to make them behave that way. Would you mind posting a diagram or something to help me understand?

He welded bars like this on to hang from. He puts a loop of metal over it so that the hole is at the top of the loop. When he shoots them they swing back and forth like a little kid on a playground.

Here is the basics of what he is talking about-

THat's about the best way I can decribe it. Did I mention I can spin the middle one four times with my 2400? lol

Oops- I read it as you had them and THEN made them into swingers...

I was just wondering of the reacted to a lower powered gun, or if you needed an 800 FPS .22 to knock them over.

The larger set looked like a real bargain as well.
