Well, I just had a "boo-boo" that one doesn't typically have with air-powered arms. Was cleaning a little .410 single shot and using the Birchwood Casey 2-in-1 Bore Scrubber. Now, if you're familiar with that product, you know that "stink" is not the word to describe the smell. . .

So, some "moron" (moi) had left the container open, and while trying to push the saturated patch down the barrel, knocked over the bottle, and it spilled out onto the floor. Two-thirds full, as it was, now pretty much an empty bottle. Onto my chair and concrete floor.

Got two fans going in the basement right now, one blowing right on the left-over area that I mopped up with a cloth and paper towels, and another to help distribute the smell.

By the way, heed the warnings about fresh air when using such products. . .

Here is a little trick from industry that might help clean the concrete floor.

1. First and foremost - turn off all equipment that has a pilot light.
2. Remove all objects in the immediate area that may create a spark - don't forget to examine your shoe soles for embedded ferrous shavings.
3. Prepare and provide clean air ventilation.
4. After all danger of ignition has been removed - Then pool a small amount of mineral spirits (paint thinner) over the spill and let soak for 2 to 5 minutes.
5. Cover entire mineral spirit (solvent) wet area and 6" beyond with scented kitty litter about 1/2 to 3/4 inch deep.
6. Let litter, which is basically the same as an "oil-dry" compound, absorb over night.
7. Next day, sweep up and discard litter to an outdoor location, mop up dust.

The floor will be clean and very unlikely to have any undesirable residual odor.

Absolutely. And don't forget the "pilot-less" stuff that throws a spark to ignite on demand, like furnaces, ranges, water heaters, etc.

And don't forget the exit plan. This is not to escape fire so much as to escape the rabid wife when she discovers there is no hot water in the morning.

Definitely follow those directions. Kitty litter will work amazingly. Oil-dry probably comes from the same manufacturer...
