Hi Broommaster2000, I have been having problems with the valve stem seal ! Jim at crooked barn is sending me another as he thinks the first one he sent may be damaged, although I could not see any evidence of this on inspection! I will try again when it arrives and let you know how I get on with the bulk fill set up. I will play around with the power settings to get the best usage per fill. Thanks for looking, all the best for 2010. Mark

I had the same set up, about a year ago, and I never got it to work properly for a satisfactory amount of time. My next plan is to just use a Discovery Tube and finish the project later. It does the same, can hold both gases and was build for the purpose so that won't be any trouble either.
Thinking of .22 at about 16 Fpe or something. I don't need much more where I live and I already have a 20 Fpe Gas-Springer. |

Hi mate, I got the brass barrel bands from Gordon at GMAC. I think his email address is MACMILLAN35@btinternet.com. He's a nice guy and his parts and service are quality! He posts his goods to most places around the world. All the best. Mark |

I signed in on thatsite and saw some really nice stuff. I know Brutuz gets some of his nice stuff from there. I noticed that the prices were quite a bit HIGHER than on this side of the water...and if you add shipping to the USA on top of that, it would be more than I'm willing to pay especially just for stuff that looks good , and not something necessary he carries a lot of neat stuff for Crosmans that's for sure....Who knows of vendors here in US that sell stuff like brass barrel bands and such?? gotta be some somewhere...................... |
