Guy and I went to Dale's place... Five acres of fun...
Dale brought out two life size photo cutouts to shoot at... Poor nephew and dog...
I hit my personal best.... Estamated range 100 yards with Mrs. Mack's 2240, Open Sights, NO rest, just sitting in a chair... Nailed the 6" square steel target on the right... not once... but three times... Guy and Dale as my witness.

VERY nice!
I'm also incredibly jealous of Dale's pond. Man, if I had a pond like that on the back of my property, it would be crammed with water mocs! Imagine all the AG fun to be had! Wife's not crazy about the idea though. |

We used to have one of them years ago. Remember the life size Kodak girls in miniskirts that used to stand outside photoshops, great targets!

nice property. california should be split into two different states.
the one to leave and the one to stay.
ok, a little jealousy on my part. not everyone is lucky enough to live 20 minutes from compton. dog.... |

northern ca is a really nice area and southern ca is place close to h9ll at times ..down in la i hated the city and used to love to drive out into the mountains and spend a couple day up there when i had the time..
there a couple of places in the upper part of the ca right next to border of Oregon that i thought about retireing to after my retirement there is some really nice areas up there to live.. but the high cost of liveing in the state and the state trying to tax everything right and left makes it a little hard to live with at times and the crazy gun laws here also makes it a little hard to live with ..my girl friend bought a revolver and waited 10 days to pick it .. ..
the high cost of liveing is a bummer ..for my apt cost me about 850.a month without elec and car ins and gas are really bad and i just bought a new smart car to replace my truck as a daily driver and it cost allmost $.1200.dollars to tax title and lics it for the road ..so the cost of liveing it a joke at times to other places.. |
