Compression cylinder lube for FWB 65 Beeman?

I haven't had Beeman chamber lube (the kind with the suspended graphite) for about 20 years. The gun shoots fine, but is getting a bit squeaky if you run the cylinder up and down in the compression cylinder.
Would Slick 50 with PTFE be okay to use?

SPARINGLY?

Thanks in advance.

Slick 50 isn't much of a lube, and it's petroleum based- not good to use on a springer. Get some silicone lube- either the Crosman Silicone Chamber Oil or even try some of the auto-store stuff in a spray can.

Hadn't thought of silicone. That sounds good.
All I remember is that Beeman (either rightly or wrongly) cautioned against using their "regular" chamber oil in the steel ringed FWB pistol.
I surmised it was a gunking up issue.
I'll try the silicone. I'm assuming you mean the dry spray. I think DuPont made some in the past.
I'll go look around.
I do know that they don't need MUCH lube.
That's correct, isn't it?

Thanks for reply.
