I've been able to borrow a Chrony and checked the fps.
1300 / 8 pumps / Gamo Pro Match .22: 340 fps
1322 / 10 pumps / Gamo Pro Match .22: 441 fps
1377 / 14" barrel / 10 pumps / Gamo Pro Match .22: 463 fps
1377 / 14" barrel / 12 pumps / Gamo Pro Match .22: 482 fps
1377 / 14" barrel / 14 pumps / Gamo Pro Match .22: 489 fps
1377c / 10 pumps / Crosman wadcutter .177: 525 fps
1389 / 12 pumps / Crosman wadcutter .177: 571 fps
1389 / 14 pumps / Crosman wadcutter .177: 597 fps
2289G / 18" barrel / 12 pumps / Gamo Pro Match .22: 554 fps
2289G / 18" barrel / 14 pumps / Gamo Pro Match .22: 571 fps
Mark II / Crosman wadcutter .177: 451 fps
SSP250 / Crosman wadcutter .177: 485 fps
2300KT / 10" barrel / Gamo Pro Match .22: 483 fps
2400KT / 18" barrel / Gamo Pro Match .22: 565 fps
Are those normal values? |

From the limited data you provide, it's hard to say.
Are these 10 shot averages?
Have the pumpers been modified?
The Mark II seems like it might be a bit on the low side, but that depends on temperature, and how fresh the co-2 cartridge is. If it's a 10 shot average, did you let the gun gun warm up between shots? My Mark I (.22) averages 460 fps at 30 C on a fresh cartridge with one minute between shots (14.3 gr CR F/H point) ...

The pumpers 2 shot average, the co2's 7 shot average.
Some pumpers have been modified, the 1377 to .22 14", the 1377c slightly heavier hammer spring, the 2289g plugged bleed hole, extended probe, slightly heavier hammer spring, 18" barrel.
The 2300 has got an extended probe, the 2400 has got an extended probe, angled valve port and a power adjuster.
The 2400 with poweradjuster on max performed 565 av 7 with the standard hammer spring and one minute between shots. Earlier strings without pausing between shots were 554 with the power spring and 555 with the standard spring. Fastest shots on those 7 shot strings were 565 for both standard and power spring. The powerspring only results in a lower shot count I'm affraid....
Maybe I should have cleaned the Mark II's barrel first, I don't use that one often... No mods on that one. |

I'd say those are pretty good velocities for stock piston pumpers, with the exception of the 1300. It may need some attention. A flat top piston set will reduce the # of pumps required to get the same velocities. The Mark I has a piercing screen that may need to be cleaned- Crosman powerlets contain oil. I'm not familiar with the other co-2 guns, so I'll decline comment there...

I'll disassemble the 1300 this fall, suspect the valve has got to be cleaned.
The Mark II had a leaking piercing unit, after soaking it in ND30 oil overnight it holds gas again, I tried to take it apart but had no luck getting the pin out and didn't want to damage it. Saw a replacement but that one was very expensive, so you think the best thing to do is to take it apart and clean it? |

This is a schematic for the Mark I and Mark II pistols. I'm pretty sure what you're after is a piercing pin seal , #125-047. The piercing screen is a little further down the gas-flow- to protect the valve from contaminants related to piercing: eg- metal particles. The screen has been known to be constricted from the oil in Crosman powerlets. That piercing screen is #38-028 on the schematic.
The only for sure place I know of for those seals is Mac I.

I still get a small oil cloud when I shoot my Mark I, and it's not the gun- it's the powerlet. There's enough of an oil-cloud to fool the chrony into an error #1, if I'm too close...

I took it apart, cleaned the internals, resealed it and.... it leaked air.
Long story short, placed a .177 probe ring at the seating area of the valve's exit, wiped away the oil an now it's holding air again
No gain in power I'm affraid. |

Last week I received a new type of transferportseal but since it was crushed in the mail I had to toss it.
Thought it over and recalled I tried to fit a bolt seal on top last summer.
That didn't work because they were to thick and popped off.
The .177 probe seals I got for my QB78 are thinner and have a larger dia.
The fit is perfect!
Here's how it looks fitted on the tube
After putting it back together I took a few shots and the results were positive.
Since I wanted to shoot a full string I emptied the gun, inserted a new powerlet and left it for half an hour to adapt room temperature.
All shots on all three strings were taken with 60 seconds between shots.

Such a seal has to be placed un-lubed !!
