So after about 30 min of getting my new trigger GRT-III installed on my Quest 800x
I go to my backyard to fire test shot.
Right when I get outthere I see a Starling on the fence.

I would not dare fire at it as it could bust a hold in the back garage in back of the fence.
So I just aim and look through the scope at the bird to see it up close.

Well i was looking and resting my shooting finger on the trigger and BAM!!!
It went off and the starling dropped.

I almost s*it myself.

By the time I grabbed my cam to snap a pic it was too dark.

But I have to say im loving this trigger, its like butter!!
Though I will never point it anywhere I don`t plan on shooting with the safety off again.

Just for reference- you can adjust it so it's not a "hair trigger" as they say.

Bet you're glad you got it.

The key here is (as in the Sporting Clays world) don't put your finger on the trigger unless you are wanting to shoot the gun...(-: I bet the bird SH** its self too...LOL

I'm considering that combo myself, Quest/tune/trigger upgrade.

Can you post some groups at say 30 yards?

Good shooting.

Im not sure what groups im getting, the gun still only has about 40 rounds through it.
In order to go and shoot at 30 yard I have to venture into the desert and its very hot and very windy where in at now.
I don`t want to get sand in the gun,as I think that is how my G1 broke in July.

But I can say so far If I can see it (small game) I can hit it and thats good enough for me.
The Grt makes so much of a difference.

I really like the Quest and I am looking into what other upgrades I can do to it.
I think im going to go to bass pro today and buy some Camo Spray paint and ,camo the stock.
