for those of you that have PCPs but started out on springers, do you still shoot your springers much?

personally i do, i find that a session shooting a springer makes my accuracy improve when i pick up the PCP.

I barely have time to shoot anything these days- but the introduction of PCP's into the "collection" has not changed my use of springers (when I have a chance to shoot).

My fear of the darkside or the even darker (rimmies) is that I won't be able to shoot springers anymore.

I would still shoot them far more because now I only have about 20 yards max.

I still shoot both my springers and CO2 guns more than I shoot my PCP. I just like them better.

I like pcp's because they are the only type of air rifle that can be fired in outer space.

Not true, Roger. If you manage to hit a gas pocket then a springer would work. A CO2 powered gun would also work if you were in direct sunlight which would heat it.

EDIT: on second thought... the CO2 might boil off anyway due to the pressure when you release it.

Thinking about it....i cant really shoot the Evanix at home
its not a backyard plinker at 65fpe...
the Career Infinity I wined down to 400fps..but still
tend to grabb a springer...the 1377 is my plinker
of choice at the moment..but that could change
at any time.... Rolling Eyes
