No kidding, this is the real deal, this is how he really cooked a duck way back when. Step 1. Shoot a duck Step 2. Shoot a goose. Step 3. Spice the duck according to the recipe. (Ain't giving that part away!) Step 4. Put the duck inside the goose. Step 5. Cook the whole thing. Step 6. Remove from oven, throw the goose away and eat the duck. I SWEAR this is for real! The story behind it of course, is that duck is very dry meat and goose is incredibly fatty so when you cook the duck this way, the goose's fat bastes the duck through the entire cooking process. Makes for a super tastey duck but I strongly suspect showing this recipe to a PETA member would make them lose their mind forever.
