THE f#cking PLUMBING IS FROZEN NOW!! yet another clog to chase. since he owns all 3 houses (i'm on 1/2 acre) i had the bright idea to get the keys from the vacant house in the front.... duh..... anyone wanna party?? i have a vacation pad!! it's already thrashed inside. i have an almost new stacked washer/dryer in my laundry room.... my built in microwave has yet to be fixed....man i love utilities. indoor plumbing is NOT overrated. i don't think i'm out of line for asking him for some money off the rent this month... i only pay the cocksucker $1500/month for his BMW and 40' winnebego. i've picked his brain... he owns half of socal... he can sh!t what i make in a year.... what pisses me off... he lets me get away with a lot and he and i know it.... never once asked about my range or how many dogs are at my house....my rental agreement is violated six ways from sundown.... however... i own rental property....i know how tenants are and i don't like tenants.. now that we FINALLY have a good tenant, (which we are, custom painting on my $ in my house) she gets what she wants... we just write the checks....i just got another f#cking bill this week for $100+ for .....whatever..... said and done yesterday this nimrod told me how vegtable oil helps put the abs sleeve on the line. he asks me... "can you leave me some"?? after a blank stare and no reply... he says"i can just go buy some"... this pass around i've loaned him my ax and my chainsaw.... ARE YOU A f#cking REATARD?????? come on karma, come on... and...... this is sweet...... i picked up one of my trucks today from the shop for a $1200 bill.....
